Where are you located?

I practice acupuncture in Stevensville, Maryland; located on Kent Island. My doula offerings expand from Annapolis to Easton, Maryland. If you are outside of this radius, please reach out to inquire if I am able to assist.
Can I book you for just acupuncture or just doula/birth work?

When should I schedule my treatments if I am doing IVF?

When preparing to go through IVF, the research shows that 3 months of a full Traditional Chinese Medicine approach (acupuncture, herbs, lifestyle, diet) yield the best outcomes. It may also be recommended to come in more than once a week when you start your stim drugs or if you are over 40 years old. Acupuncture should be administered the day before and the day of your embryo transfer & then weekly sessions until week 13 of gestation.

YES! Acupuncture during pregnancy supports the body through each trimester, and can even prep your body for labor.
Of course! In addition to reproductive health, I love to help individuals restore their bodies to pain-free movement, by using acupuncture to treat musculoskeletal disorders.
I take a personalized approach to create a custom treatment plan to meet your health needs. My primary goal is to help you focus on your healing.
